As dirt on outdoor surfaces typically builds up gradually over time, it can often be left unattended. Even when an area doesn’t look particularly dirty, it usually is. When you request a quote we always aim to visit you within 72 hours of receiving your enquiry. When we meet we will discuss your requirements and offer any suggestions on how to best tackle the work.
Once we have visited you at your property, we will confirm the price and schedule a date to complete the work.
If we are pressure washing block paving or patios we may need to re-sand or re-point the area after the clean and may return to do this on a different day when the area is dry.
If you are happy with the initial service, we will return the following year or, whenever you would like us back.

We also offer a soft-washing service for those tasks where pressure washing is not appropriate. Whether, that is because the area would be damaged by pressure washing or if the dirt will not come up without the use of chemicals.
Soft washing consists of firstly a light pressure wash, brush or hose down to remove the bulk of the dirt. Then we apply chemicals to the area that gently restore surfaces over a period of time.
Results typically take a few days, depending on how tough the dirt is and the weather.
This is also the method we use when cleaning rendered walls, cladding some stone works, or, if we are removing moss from a roof.
When you request a quote for our gardening services we will arrange a convenient time to meet with you at your property. For most jobs we are able to provide a price there and then and often complete the work immediately. If you decide to use us on a more regular basis, we will agree a set number of yearly visits and the tasks to be undertaken. The total cost can then be broken down into manageable monthly payments.
Yes, we are fully insured for £2 million public liability insurance which covers us working on your property. We also hold the required waste disposal license allowing us to transport waste.
Yes we can take away the waste when we leave. However, when possible, we try to find alternative ways in dealing with green waste. Trimmings from shrubs, hedges and lawns make for great compost. This can then be fed back to the plants in your garden. Saving you money, getting rid of it in the first place and then again on plant food and mulch. When we visit to price the job, we will discuss the options with you. Ultimately, it is always your choice and comes down to personal preference.
Typically, most domestic hard surfaces can do with a clean once per year, some more often, usually if they get a lot of foot traffic or are customer facing commercial grounds. Some of our customers contact us for pressure washing every 2-3 years, it all really depends on your requirements and budget.
